The service does not verify wealth, net worth, salary, assets, financial expertise, or millionaire status. A verified payment proves only that an associated payment was successfully processed and remains eligible under the payment, refund, dispute, and moderation rules.

You may purchase only if you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher, and have legal capacity to enter a binding transaction. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
